PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Technical LLC (“Apollo Technical,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through www.apollotechnical.com (the “Site”) and through our recruiting and staffing services. It applies to job seekers and candidates, employers and clients, and anyone who visits the Site.
1. Information we collect
From job seekers and candidates. When you apply for a job, submit a résumé, contact a recruiter or talk with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and mailing address; your résumé or CV, work history, education, skills, certifications and licenses; the types of roles, locations and pay you are looking for; whether you are authorized to work in the United States; references; notes from conversations and interviews; and any other information you choose to share with us. If you choose to answer optional equal employment opportunity (EEO) questions, we collect those answers too. They are voluntary and are not used to make placement decisions.
From employers and clients. When you request talent or work with us, we collect your name, title, company, email address, phone number, and information about the roles you are hiring for.
From other sources. We may receive information about candidates from job boards, professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, publicly available professional profiles, referrals, and references you provide. With your consent, we may also receive results from background check or screening providers when a client requires them for a specific role.
Automatically, when you use the Site. We and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and similar usage information, using cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies, analytics and visitor identification” below.
2. How we use information
- To match candidates with job openings and present qualified candidates to employers
- To contact you about jobs, interviews, placements, assignments and our services, by email, phone or text message
- To process job applications and manage our recruiting relationship with you
- To respond to employer requests and provide staffing and recruiting services to clients
- To operate, secure, analyze and improve the Site
- To send newsletters and updates you can opt out of at any time
- To comply with legal obligations, including employment and record-keeping laws, and to protect our rights
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.
- With employers (for candidates). Presenting candidates to employers is the core of our service. We will discuss a specific role with you before we submit your résumé or profile to that employer.
- With service providers that work on our behalf and may only use the information to provide services to us. These include our applicant tracking system (PCRecruiter), email and phone and text messaging providers, website hosting and security, form processing, and analytics providers.
- With screening providers, such as background check or drug testing vendors, only with your consent and when a client requires it for a role.
- For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Apollo Technical, our clients, candidates or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, our recruiters may text you about job opportunities, interviews and your application or assignment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
5. Cookies, analytics and visitor identification
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept All or Deny All. If you deny, we do not load analytics or advertising cookies that require consent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this Site and choosing again.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Site. It loads only if you accept cookies. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Privacy-focused site statistics count page views and traffic sources in aggregate, without advertising cookies.
- Business visitor identification. We use a service that looks up the IP address of a visit to identify the company or organization a visitor may be browsing from, so we can understand which employers are interested in our services. It is designed to identify businesses, not individual people.
- Job application tracking. When you apply through the Site, our applicant tracking system records how you found us (for example, the job board or website that sent you).
Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of tracking that requires consent.
6. How long we keep information
We keep candidate information for as long as it is reasonably useful for matching you with current or future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete it. We may keep it longer where the law requires it (for example, employment and record-keeping laws) or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or defending legal claims. We keep client information for as long as we have a business relationship and as needed for our records. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the provider. When you ask us to delete your information, we will delete or de-identify it, except where we must keep it for legal, accounting or record-keeping reasons.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information. We will do so except where we must keep it for legal, accounting or record-keeping reasons.
- Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
State privacy laws. Some states have privacy laws that give residents additional rights over their personal information. Many of these laws apply only to larger businesses. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, you can make the requests described above, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information and the law requires notice, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required.
9. Children
The Site and our services are intended for adults seeking employment and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Other websites
The Site links to other websites, including job boards and our application system. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
