  • It was okay, but I would think twice about using it

  • It was an inefficient experience, and it took a long time for me how to figure out using the product
  • It didn’t allow you to do anything you wish to do so 
  • The product was frustrating to use overall

One of the most common issues in the product development lifecycle is that designers will identify issues after the product is released.

UX research helps solve this problem by identifying the pain points earlier in the product development phase so that you can solve any problems you may have. 

UX research can start at the beginning of the product development phase and is part of an ongoing lifecycle. 

You can begin with UX research and focus on the end-user from the beginning of the project so that it can help you reveal the customer’s issues and how your product solves them.
