Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Associate in the Norcross, GA area

Salary range 40k to 60k. Full time direct hire position

• Core Responsibilities & Assembly: Focus on manufacturing mechanical and electrical components with high work diversity, primarily assembling cable assemblies, electrical connectors, bracketry, camera systems, and actuator systems.

• Parts & Inventory Management: Handle picking and shipping operations for spare parts.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to coordinate shipments and identify required spare parts, building system familiarity to handle routine requests independently with support from the technical service team.

• Travel Expectations: Regular travel is not a required duty, but willingness to occasionally undertake 2–5 day trips is considered a plus.

• Autonomy & Production Goals: Receive initial training from experienced staff, transition to high post-training autonomy, collaborate with management to set production goals, and proactively seek support when necessary.

• Role Flexibility & Growth: Take on additional small-company duties as assigned, with opportunities to handle increasingly complex work that can lead to pay increases without a formal role change.
