We are seeking a proactive, collaborative Infrastructure Asset Management Specialist [or Capital Planning Manager] Water and Wastewater Utility Infrastructure Expert to manage client portfolios and deliver value-driven infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Provide infrastructure portfolio management for commercial, industrial, and municipal clients; scope and facilitate engineering studies and asset management research.
- Project Execution: Manage contracts, cost/schedule estimates, permitting, landowner agreements, municipal partnerships, and construction oversight.
- Risk & Resiliency: Utilize utility data and hydraulic modeling to forecast vulnerabilities (e.g., extreme weather, equipment failure) and develop mitigation plans to minimize downtime.
- Data Analytics: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze wet utility data, perform gap assessments, and model scenarios to optimize infrastructure and address deferred maintenance.
- Business Support: Preposition projects using a solution-driven risk management approach and support marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in mid-to-large-size water/wastewater utility operations is highly preferred.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credential required.
- Skills: Proficient in industry-standard hydraulic modeling software and technical tools.
- Mindset: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong outside-the-box thinking, and a bias for action.
