## Description

Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a **Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering Designer**.


**Key Responsibilities**





- 
**Client Collaboration:** Meet with client representatives to define project requirements, preferences, and scope.




- 
**System Design & Analysis:** Design and analyze HVAC systems, ensuring full compliance with local/national building codes and engineering standards.




- 
**Site Surveys & Planning:** Conduct pre-design site visits to assess existing conditions, create preliminary drawings, and obtain necessary approvals.




- 
**Documentation & Submittals:** Develop complete contract documents (calculations, design drawings, schematics, and details) and review constructor submittals for accuracy.




- 
**Construction Administration:** Perform ongoing site observations to verify construction matches contract documents and codes as experience grows.




- 
**Cross-Disciplinary Support:** Assist with plumbing and fire protection system design as needed.





**Qualifications**





- 
**Education:** B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.




- 
**Experience:** 2–4 years of hands-on HVAC design experience.




- 
**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Revit.




- 
**Certifications:** EIT certification preferred.




- 
**Soft Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
